**SHIPPING POLICY** APPLICABLE TO ALL INTERFACES OF TAILOR CRAFTS (MOBILE APPLICATIONS, DIGITAL MEDIUMS, SOCIAL WEBSITES AND APPLICATIONS, TAILOR CRAFTS AND OTHER COMPANY-OWNED WEBSITES AND OFFLINE ORDER FULFILLMENT CENTERS (STITCHING OPERATIONS CENTERS)): 

  

Tailor Crafts operates through a hybrid model, servicing customers both online and offline for their custom-stitched costumes and fashionwear. The product details, specifications, and services (such as weight, stitching seam strength, colors, handwork details, sizes, and measurements) provided on Tailor Crafts digital platforms (collectively referred to as ‘Tailor Crafts Interfaces’) and offline centers are approximate and may vary based on fabric quality and specifications. 

  

By using any ‘Tailor Crafts Interfaces’, you accept the shipping policy terms mentioned herein, which may be updated periodically due to operational or regulatory changes. Accessing, shopping, and ordering through ‘Tailor Crafts Interfaces’ indicates your unconditional acceptance of these terms. Continued use of the site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. 

  

Use of the site is available only to individuals who can legally enter into contracts under applicable laws. Individuals classified as "incompetent to contract" under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, including un-discharged insolvents, are not eligible to use ‘Tailor Crafts Interfaces’. Tailor Crafts reserves the right to terminate access if it is discovered that the user is under 18 years of age or otherwise disabled under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. All disputes related to ‘Tailor Crafts Interfaces’ will be subject to the jurisdiction of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

**Shipping Options & Delivery Costs:** 

  

Tailor Crafts ships domestically and internationally through providers like DTDC and Expressbees, among other authorized logistics partners. The choice of logistics service provider is at Tailor Crafts’ discretion. Delivery and pickup costs will be specified in the price breakdown. Charges may vary based on order details, distance, and delivery timeline. Tailor Crafts may use partner staff for hyperlocal logistics. 

  

**Order Processing Time:** 

  

Due to the personalized nature of orders, delivery dates are agreed upon between the customer and Tailor Crafts staff. Tailor Crafts strives to meet these timelines but is not responsible for delays due to seasonal loads, manpower disruptions, external factors, or logistics issues. Fulfillment centers are generally closed on Sundays. 

  

**Logistics Services Timing:**

Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping:

    • Domestic: 5-7 business days.

    • International: 10-20 business days.

  • Expedited Shipping:

    • Domestic: 2-3 business days.

    • International: 7-14 business days.

  • Overnight Shipping (Domestic only):

    • Orders placed before 12 PM (noon) will be delivered the next business day. Orders placed after 12 PM will be delivered within 2 business days.

    •   

    Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to factors beyond Tailor Crafts’ control. Emergency deliveries using hand-carry or hyperlocal services will incur additional charges. Our teams operate from 10 am to 7 pm on weekdays and Saturdays. 

      

    Pickup and delivery charges start from Rs. 99/- and will vary based on weight, urgency, distance, volume, and shipment shape. Shipping charges are applied at checkout. 

      

    Tailor Crafts generally does not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) but may do so at its discretion. If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to the consignee’s unavailability or address inaccessibility, a second attempt will be made the next business day. 

      

    Deliveries require an authenticated ‘One Time Password - OTP’ sent via the Tailor Crafts app and SMS. Tailor Crafts is not responsible for OTP SMS delivery issues. 

      

    **Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes:** 

      

    Once an order is placed, the delivery address cannot be modified. Customers must select accurate addresses for each order. Tailor Crafts is not liable for delivery issues in gated communities or restricted addresses. Repeat shipments due to address inaccessibility will incur additional charges. 

      

    **International Orders:** 

      

    International packages may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility. Customers should check with local customs offices before ordering. Tailor Crafts cannot guarantee delivery once an order is handed over to international logistics partners due to varying country regulations. 

      

    **Tracking Your Order:** 

      

    Once dispatched, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent. Orders can be tracked on the carrier’s website. For shipping queries, contact hello@tailorcrafts.com. 

     

    **Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges:** 

      

    As a provider of personalized fashion services, Tailor Crafts does not offer refunds or exchanges for custom-made orders. Any returns or exchanges of fabrics, accessories, or items purchased through Tailor Crafts are subject to the respective product partner’s policies. Tailor Crafts will facilitate communication with these partners. Service or quality shortfalls will be rectified by Tailor Crafts to the extent possible, with a maximum reimbursement of Rs. 8,000 per order.
